The Heyfield Community Resource Centre will be hosting a series of information

session about starting the difficult conversation around planning for end-of-life. Session's will run from 10.00am to 11.30am at the Heyfield Community Resource Centre, 5 George Street, Heyfield on the following dates:

An introduction to life planning - Thursday 29th February

Palliative care & support services - Thursday 7th March

Wills & Power of Attorney - Thursday 14th March

Funerals, truma & financial planning - Thursday 21st March, and

Voluntary Assisted Dying Laws - Thursday 28th March
